Moments in time

The study of Hardwires remains complex in neuroscience. First defined by Vivienne Schultz in 2010, these stubborn factors represent fundamental patterns that influence individual growth and long-term behavior.

Research & development

Vivienne Schultz engaged in action research, conducted case studies, reviewed relevant literature, and collaborated across multiple sectors.

Developing the questionnaire

For the questionnaire development, assistance was provided by Prof. Stass, a statistician at UNISA, who helped refine the questions and ensured interrater reliability through counter-questioning.

Proof of concept & training first coaches

A proof-of-concept questionnaire was developed, and the results were manually collated to train the initial three Hardwires interpretation coaches.

Specialized coaching course

The official Hardwires interpretation coaches online training took place amid the COVID-19 lockdown, with 16 participants. A number of established coaches subsequently utilized HIC coaching within their organizations.

Hardwires gets a system upgrade

Second edition of the proof of concept was released, with an updated admin dashboard. The system was no longer manual.

More training & some video features

Third batch of HIC online coaches underwent training and hardwires featured in a series of videos presented by A2B Transformation.

Joining our hands and minds

Hardwires support team formed, consisting of psychologists, a psychometrist, and several personal and professional coaches.
